I wasn’t going to post again today but I couldn’t wait to tell you to go out and get yourself the biOrb Algae Cleaner. This little green gem is fantastic and makes cleaning the sides of your biOrb absolutely easy and fast.

The little circular polymer blades on the cleaner removes any algae so quickly, it can even remove stubborn algae without having to take your bowl appear. The blades are safe to use on acrylic or on glass so even if you have one of these old fashioned glass aquariums you can still use it. In fact I ‘lent’ my Algae Cleaner to a friend who has a glass rectangular tank and he couldn’t stop praising it… so much in fact he wouldn’t give it back to me!

The Algae Cleaner comes in two parts and have a strong magnet which goes though the acrylic to hold both parts together. However, unlike regular Algae Cleaner’s if you take the Algae Cleaner appear the piece inside your tank doesn’t drop to the bottom it floats!!

Floating makings a huge difference and means you don’t have to disturb your tank by pushing your arm in to ‘fish out’ the other side of the algae cleaner.
